Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Most retail items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from date of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be considered.
To be eligible for a refund and/or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Original artwork is ineligible for refunds and/or exchanges, under any circumstance Once it leaves our store, the ownership passes to you.
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Exchange/Refund Eligibility
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and are up to the discretion of Pineapple Picasso and there is no guaranty of exchange eligibility.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Ineligible items include, but are not limited to: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimates, health/personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, paint products, used paint brushes/tools, gift cards, worn or washed apparel, and others.
Refund Process
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All credit and debit purchases will be credited back to the initial payment card and may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your banks normal practices. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.
Splatter Spot and Passion Prints Rescheduling Policy:
- All Splatter Spot and/or Passion Prints reservations must be paid in advance and no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
- If you have reserved a Passion Prints session and need to reschedule, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied if less than 24 hours notice is provided. Only one reschedule is permissible.
- Changes to guest count of your Splatter Spot session are non-refundable and not subject to individual rescheduling.
No Shows:
If your whole party or an individual guest in a party do not show up to their Splatter Spot or Passion Print Session, they will not receive a refund and do not have the option to reschedule. Calling in at the time of the Splatter Spot or Passion Print session or after the fact are considered no shows.
