Class: Beginner Paper Quilling with Kathy

Discover the basics of the ancient art of paper quilling while learning a variety of shapes and techniques used to create stunning designs. You will be making cute flamingos on a 5x7 pre-painted watercolor paper and adding it to a frame.

What's included: pre-painted watercolor paper, paper strips, quilling materials, frame, and all supplies necessary to complete the project.
