In this class, students will explore and discuss Cubism, the work of Pablo Picasso (1904-1939), and create their own collage inspired by Cubist elements. Class will begin promptly at 10am and end at 11am. Please arrive a few minutes early to check your child in and receive any needed supplies.
If you believe your 4th grade child is more advanced at art, you are welcome to consider the 5th-8th grade class.

Can I put my 4th grader in the upper class?
If you believe your child is artistic and can handle the upper class, you may choose that one.
Can I put my older child in this class?
You can, but the class will be geared towards 1st-4th graders.
Can I put my younger child in the older class?
The work will be geared towards the older students, and I will not be able to accomodate a younger student.
Do I have to stay with my child during the class?
No, I am a certified teacher. If you feel your child would rather you stay, you are welcome to. We do have a small lounge with tv's.
Yes, if you child is not in 1st grade yet. You will need to stay to help them since it will be harder for me to accomodate them.
